When it comes to nutrition, my ethos is simple and straightforward. There’s a lot of noise out there, with plenty of coaches, PTs, and nutritionists who rely on extreme calorie deficits and the same “just eat more protein” advice. While calories and protein are important, people and nutrition are far more complex than that.

My approach starts by addressing the quality of the food we eat. If your body isn’t consistently getting the nutrients it needs, it can’t function properly. Everything from your immune system and brain function to hormone synthesis, bone health, and energy metabolism depends on having the right nutritional foundations. You might notice minor symptoms like brain fog or afternoon energy crashes, but in more severe cases, nutrient imbalances can increase the risk of chronic conditions such as type II diabetes or even certain cancers.

I work with clients to make sure their diets provide everything their bodies need to work as they should. Using a combination of evidence-based knowledge, experience, and advanced analytical software, I identify any nutrient deficiencies or excesses and help you address them effectively.

Once we’ve established a nutrient-rich, balanced diet, we can then focus on quantity, but I often find that when diet quality improves, quantity tends to take care of itself.

My goal is simple: to help you achieve your health and performance goals while making you as healthy as possible, and to do it in a way that allows you to maintain those results for life.
