What is The Performance Protocol and who’s it for?
This programme is for anyone, regardless of age, strength or exercise competency who wants to achieve virtuosity in the fundaments of strength and conditioning.
Our 3-day per week flagship programme is designed to establish your current competency level, and then over 6-8 week blocks, progressively build your base of strength, conditioning and mobility. We apply the same principles that have worked for thousands of years.
Our 1-day per week supplementary Olympic lifting and gymnastics programmes allow athlete’s looking to improve movement commonly seen in CrossFit to do so, training 5-days per week, whilst ensuring the pre-requisite levels of strength and fitness not only exist but grow with your technical ability.
Our credentials
With over 20 years of combined coaching experience and qualifications including CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics, British Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, we bring knowledge of tried and tested training principles plus its practical application to our athletes.
We believe long-term performance is built on strong foundations. That’s why we prioritise fundamentals in strength and conditioning: quality movement, structural balance, progressive overload, and intelligent recovery.
